2 – Design

There is a lower probability of design change for the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro models. According to leaks, these models will retain the same design as their predecessors.

Design can be thicker than before, and supporting the bigger battery can be the reason behind it. iPhone 14 Pro Max is also heard to have some cues from iPhone 13 Pro Max.  

The exciting rumor is replacing this series’s unloved iPhone mini model with the iPhone 14 Max. Many leaders have shared their information according to their sources. A famous one, Ming-Chi Kuo, said that two models will be onboard with a 6.1-inch display, and the other models will have a 6.7-inch display size.

Another renowned news discloser Ross Young shared that iPhone 14 will come with a 6.06-inch OLED display, with a 1170× 2532 revolution and 60Hz refresh rate. iPhone 14 Pro will also arrive with the same display specs but raised 120Hz refresh rate.

iPhone 14 Pro Max, on the other hand, will be on set, having a 6.68-inch display and 1284×2778 resolution, and 120Hz screen refresh rate. The iPhone 14 Max is also rumored to have the same specs as the Pro Max model, but you will get a lower 60Hz refresh rate here.  

Rumors also around a 90Hz refresh rate for bigger models, but that doesn’t seem to happen. As per our expectations, there will be an Always-on display on standard and Pro models that Samsung has been using for a long time. Turning Apple towards it will raise questions.

Making these chipsets is undoubtedly an actual and challenging process. The 5nm size has already been used for the last two years. The company that produces these chipsets is struggling to convert them into 3nm. Hopefully, these will be included in next year’s model, 2023. 

The only two models, iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max will receive an A16 Bionic chipset, but the simple models will stick to the A15 Bionic chipset, which is not slow. 

Our source informed us that getting 6GB of RAM and the Pro series would get the flash speed of LPDDR5 RAM right away. 

The storage section can get an increment which usually starts at 128GB and goes up to 1TB. In the past, iPhone 13 Pro models were upgraded from 512GB to 1TB. In the coming 14 Pro series, it can be doubled to 2TB, but according to our information storage option, Pro models will remain at 1TB.
